Terms of Service
Last updated: May 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and StreamLine AI ("StreamLine AI", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the StreamLine AI website, web application, Chrome extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing our extension, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and reside in a jurisdiction where the Service is available. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms. The Service is intended for use by TikTok Shop affiliate creators and live-stream sellers; you must maintain a valid TikTok account in good standing and comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Shop policies at all times.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service you must create an account using a valid email address (or via Google OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for all activities that occur under your account, and for keeping your contact, billing, and profile information accurate. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for inactivity, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
3. Description of the Service
StreamLine AI is a coaching and analytics platform for TikTok Live commerce. The Service may include, without limitation: a Chrome extension that reads metrics from your TikTok Live dashboard; optional microphone capture for live transcription; AI-generated post-session coaching reports, analytics, playbooks, and script tools; gamification features (XP, badges, leaderboards); an optional Brand Deals feature that, if you connect your Gmail account, reads your incoming mail to identify brand-partnership emails and can send replies on your behalf (see the Privacy Policy for the data involved); and related features we may add or remove from time to time. Some features depend on third-party services (e.g. TikTok, Stripe, OpenAI, Anthropic via AWS Bedrock, Google Gmail, eSignatures.com) and are subject to those providers' availability and terms.
4. Subscriptions, Trial, Billing & Refunds
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription, which may be offered on a monthly or yearly basis at the prices shown at checkout. New users may be offered a free trial period (currently three (3) days); you must add a valid payment method at sign-up to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee, and your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the in-app billing portal (Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you will retain access until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Refunds — all sales final. Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a charge is processed — whether at the end of a free trial or at the start of a new billing period — it is final. If you do not wish to be charged at the end of the trial, you must cancel before the trial ends; a charge processed after the trial is non-refundable even if you cancel immediately afterward. We do not refund partial or unused time, downgrades, inactivity, or time spent away from streaming.
No refunds for AI output, performance, or platform changes. The Service uses AI to generate coaching, scripts, and analytics, which may be inaccurate or may not match your expectations; dissatisfaction with AI output is not a basis for a refund. We do not guarantee any specific stream performance, GMV, viewer count, conversion rate, or income, and failure to achieve a particular result is not a basis for a refund. Where features depend on third-party platforms (such as TikTok) and those platforms change, restrict, or disable functionality, that is not a basis for a refund.
Exceptions. At our sole discretion we may issue a refund where: (a) you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a system error; (b) you demonstrate that a charge was unauthorized (for example, due to a compromised account); or (c) a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction (such as a statutory cooling-off period in certain EU member states). Refund requests under this section must be sent to support@streamlineai.live within thirty (30) days of the charge in question.
Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@streamlineai.live first so we can address it directly.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry the payment and send notification emails. If payment is not resolved within the period stated in those emails, your subscription may be canceled and your access removed.
Price changes. We may change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period and we will provide reasonable notice (e.g. by email or in-app notice). Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Taxes. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, and duties unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income.
Payment processor. Billing is processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, including the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement, advertising, and earnings-claim guidelines;
- Use the Service to make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated health, medical, financial, or earnings claims;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or training data from the Service or its AI models;
- Resell, sublicense, white-label, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent;
- Share, lend, or transfer your account credentials, or use a single subscription across multiple unrelated streamers;
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, rate limits, security mechanisms, or authentication systems;
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, harm, or impersonate any person, or to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Use any automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) other than our own Chrome extension to access the Service;
- Use the Service in violation of TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or Shop policies, or in a manner that could cause your TikTok account or our integration to be suspended;
- Interfere with the Service's integrity, performance, or other users' experience.
We may investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.
6. User Content
"User Content" means any content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Service, including without limitation product details, scripts, microphone audio captured during live sessions, transcripts, session goals, profile information, and feedback you provide on AI suggestions. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant StreamLine AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., for transcription, redaction, or formatting), display, transmit, and use User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you and to develop aggregated, de-identified analytics that do not identify you or your viewers.
Microphone & recording representations. If you enable microphone capture, you represent and warrant that (a) you have the right to record your own voice; (b) you are not capturing the voices of any third parties without their consent; and (c) you will comply with all applicable wiretap, eavesdropping, and recording-consent laws (including, where applicable, two-party-consent jurisdictions).
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. AI-Generated Output and No Performance Guarantees
The Service uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate coaching suggestions, reports, scripts, edits, and other outputs ("AI Output"). AI Output is generated automatically based on statistical patterns and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading. AI Output is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, medical, or business advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI Output before relying on or acting on it, including before saying or repeating any phrasing in your live streams.
No earnings or performance guarantee. StreamLine AI does not guarantee any specific stream performance, GMV, viewer count, conversion rate, income, or business outcome. Examples, benchmarks, leaderboards, badges, and aggregate statistics shown in the Service are not promises, projections, or warranties of future results. Live commerce results vary widely based on factors outside our control (product, audience, platform algorithms, market conditions, your effort, and many others).
Compliance check. Although we instruct our AI to avoid suggesting content that would violate TikTok's Shop policies (e.g., unverified health claims, false scarcity, guarantees of income), you remain solely responsible for what you say and do during your live streams and for compliance with all platform and legal requirements.
8. Third-Party Services and Independence
StreamLine AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or controlled by TikTok, ByteDance, or any other platform on which you stream. We use third-party providers (including Stripe, Supabase, AWS, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, Railway, Google, and Discord) to deliver the Service; your use of such providers' features is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party services or content.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described there.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and AI Output templates and prompts (collectively, the "StreamLine IP"), is owned by StreamLine AI and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use during your active subscription. No other rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. "StreamLine AI" and any related logos are our trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written consent.
Feedback. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit about the Service are non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without compensation to you.
11. DMCA Notice
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) to support@streamlineai.live with: (a) the work claimed to be infringed; (b) the location of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We may remove allegedly infringing content and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
12. Service Availability and Modifications
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features, restrict access, or change pricing. Some features may be offered as "beta" or "early access" and may be removed or changed without notice; beta features are provided "as is" without any warranty.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM US OR THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL STREAMLINE AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreamLine AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; (d) your violation of any third-party right (including TikTok's policies and any rights of third parties whose voices you may capture); or (e) any income, earnings, or performance claim you make in connection with your live streams.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms, non-payment, security risks, or sustained inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately end and we may delete or de-identify your data after a reasonable period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6 (User Content license), 10 (Intellectual Property), 13 (Disclaimers), 14 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), 17 (Governing Law & Disputes), and 18 (General)) survive.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting support@streamlineai.live. If we cannot resolve it within sixty (60) days, either party may proceed as set forth below.
Binding arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in English, on a documents-only basis where possible, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party will bear its own costs except as required by the rules.
Class-action waiver. You and StreamLine AI agree that any dispute will be brought in an individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
Opt-out. You may opt out of binding arbitration within thirty (30) days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing support@streamlineai.live with your name, account email, and the statement "I opt out of arbitration."
18. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order or pricing terms agreed at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and StreamLine AI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
No waiver. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.
Notices. We may give you notice via email, in-app notification, or a notice posted on the Service. You may give us notice at the contact address below.
Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental action, internet or third-party-service outages, or cyberattacks.
Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Independent contractors. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and StreamLine AI.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will give you reasonable notice (e.g. by email or in-app notice) and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
